ABSTRACT The author is interested in planning the thickness of rigid pavement on the road for the sake of safety and travel comfort for the surrounding community. in this study, namely how thick rigid pavement is needed on Jalan Beringin, Payung Sekaki Tapung District, Kampar Regency which meets the standards of the 2017 Road Pavement Design Manual. directly in the field for 3 days, namely Wednesday, Friday and Sunday for 24 hours starting at 07:00 am until 07:00 am the next morning. The authors obtained this CBR data from direct field testing using a DCP (Dynamic Cone Penetrometer), which was taken on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. The rigid pavement plan is planned for 1 kilometer. From STA 01+800 to STA 02+800. The data obtained in the field are 265 mm thick concrete slab, 100 mm LMC foundation layer, 150 mm drainage layer. used is a 36 mm diameter dowel with a length of 450 mm and a distance of 300 mm. Tie bar uses reinforcing steel with a diameter of 16 mm and a length of 700 mm with a distance of 750 mm. Keyword : Highway, Rigid Pavement
