Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Partisipasi Anggota Terhadap Kinerja Koperasi Silva Selatpanjang Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti
This study aims to determine whether the quality of service and member participation affect the performance of cooperatives. The population in this study were all members of the Silva Cooperative, totaling 72 people. The sample technique used in this study was the census technique where all members of the population were used as research samples. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach and to analyze the data using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of service quality and member participation on cooperative performance. The magnitude of the influence is known from the Coefficient of Determination (R2) of 0.428 or 42.8%, while the remaining 52.7% is influenced by variables other than the variables examined in this study. Service quality can be realized by cooperatives providing more suitable housing for members who are at the cooperative's place of business, and cooperatives can provide a call center for members who want to submit complaints or problems. Increasing member participation can be done by holding seminars on the rights and obligations of members as well as awareness of members as owners and users. Furthermore, in improving the performance of cooperatives, in addition to growing awareness of members as owners and users of cooperatives, cooperatives must also improve service facilities and member needs so that member participation is better, so that later it will also have an impact on increasing cooperative performance.
