Analisis Kinerja Pelayanan Gardu Tol Pekanbaru-Dumai
ABSTRACT
Minimum service standards for toll roads consist of several service
substances, namely toll road conditions, average travel speed, accessibility,
mobility, safety, aid/rescue units and service assistance, environment, and rest
areas. Accessibility is a service measure that must be achieved related to the ease
of interaction between toll users and facilities on toll roads, namely toll booths.
Accessibility regulates service/transaction time and queue length at the
substation. The Pekanbaru-Dumai toll road is an automatic toll gate with a closed
system. Queuing theory is used to analyze traffic intensity and queue intensity at
toll booths.
Based on the analysis of the number of vehicle arrivals at the 45-year road
plan age, namely 2.475 pcu/hour, with an analysis of the queue time of 5
seconds and the queue length of vehicles is 1 pcu, this is still in accordance
with toll road standards, substations entry and exit substations can still serve
passing vehicles. In addition, efforts to minimize queues can be made by
minimizing service time, modifying the type of substation, or by creating a new
lane.
