Analisis Pengaruh Pembebanan Terhadap Umur Transformator Daya Gardu Induk New Garuda Sakti
ABSTRACT
The condition of overloading the power transformer and exposure to an ambient temperature above the standardiwill cause thermaliaging of the insulationion the power transformer, and aging of the thermal insulation will cause a reduction in the life of the power transformer. Based on the fact that abnormal conditions in the power transformer are caused by overloading, it is important to know the loading of the power transformer in the future, so that the remaining life of the power transformer can be known, future loading can be determined by analyzing the loading pattern, the loading pattern can be predicted and analyzed using linear trend method. This study uses weekly peak loading data recorded from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021, With a Kolmogorov-Smirnov test value of 0.200 and a T-test value of 9.251, the data that have been acquired have been evaluated, demonstrating their viability for this research. taken from the power transformer at the New Garuda Sakti Substation Pekanbaru. This transformer is operated at a maximum ambient temperature of 33℃. The results show that the transformer has a safe loading limit of 89.3% of its power rating level. Based on the calculations, the power transformer has an estimated remaining life of about 23 years, which means that the power transformer is predicted to last until 2045, with the forecasted loading value in 2045 reaching 101.78% of its rating value.
