ABSTRACT
The internet network is very important for the community, because currently people carry out all activities in their respective homes. The National Road is a road located in Buluh Kasap Village, East Dumai District, Dumai City. The majority of the population is of lower middle income, some have even been laid off from their place of work, and many children are still in school who need the internet for online learning, and can also start new businesses for affected communities. layoffs Expensive Internet Service Providers create obstacles to subscribing to it, such as the XL Axiata network, which is relatively expensive, namely 10 Gb at a price of around Rp. This price is considered very expensive for the people of the National Road, therefore a more affordable net RT/RW is built at a price of Rp. 65,000.- with a speed of 1 mbps up to 5 mb depending on the needs of residents with no quota limit.
