Pengaruh Pelatihan, Kompensasi, Dan Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Petugas Pemadam Di Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Dan Penyelamatan Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
Employee job satisfaction is one of the important elements in an organization. Every organization must be able to maintain and improve employee job satisfaction. This is also what the Pekanbaru City Fire and Rescue Service must do. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of training, compensation, and occupational health safety on job satisfaction of firefighters at the Pekanbaru City Fire and Rescue Service. This research was conducted on firefighters at the Pekanbaru City Fire and Rescue Service, especially in the Fire Operational THL which amounted to 134 people, using probability sampling method. The data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis using multiple linear regression.
The results showed: 1) Training had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 2) Compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 3) Occupational safety and health (K3) had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 4) Training, Compensation, Safety and occupational health (K3) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, the Pekanbaru City Fire and Rescue Service must be able to overcome the problem of job satisfaction of firefighters, especially related to issues of Training, Compensation, and Occupational Health and Safety of firefighters fire.
