Analisis Nilai Tambah Dan Pemasaran Ikan Juaro Asap (Pangasius Polyuranodon) Di Desa Kuala Gasib Kecamatan Koto Gasib Kabupaten Siak Sri Indrapura Provinsi Riau
ABSTRACT
Smoked fish is one of the processed fish by smoking which aims to preserve fish, reduce water content in fish and add flavor to fish meat which is done in a traditional way so that it has a distinctive taste compared to other preparations. The purpose of the first study was to determine the added value of fresh Juaro Fish into smoked Juaro Fish by using the Hayami value added analysis formula, while the second objective was to determine the marketing channels of Smoked Juaro Fish in Kuala Gasib Village.
After doing research, it is known that the added value of smoked Juaro fish during the season is IDR 13,200 with an added value ratio of 19.35%. And when not in season the added value obtained is IDR 23,000 with a value added ratio of 26.84%. Meanwhile, the marketing channel of smoked Juaro Fish in Kuala Gasib Village belongs to the second level channel. This is due to the existence of two channels or business actors between producers and consumers.
