Studi Aliran Daya Sistem Kelistrikan Di Kawasan West Area-Kasikan Bob Pt. Bumi Siak Pusako-Pt. Pertamina Hulu Rokan Untuk Perencanaan Pembangkit Listrik Baru Menggunakan Software Etap 12.6.0
ABSTRACT
The load flow study aims to determine, discover and expand the condition of an electrical system. This study conducted in West Area Kasikan for a new powerplant system in a form of gas engine powerplant (PLTMG) 1100 kW for total of 3 units, and additional 500 kW workload in Langgak’s Region which was executed through the Electrical Transient Analysis Program (ETAP) Power Stations 12.6.0. The research included three load flow methods; Gauss-Seidel, Newton-Raphson and Fast Decoupled methods.
The study indicated that the decent area for powerplant was in Kasikan with Newton Raphson and Fast Decoupled methods. The voltage’s resulted 14% marginal undervoltage condition and 12% was the marginal overvoltage condition. This location also has the smallest losses from all the assumed location of powerplant about 0.027 MW and 0.029 Mvar. The largest active power flowed from Bus B 14CY-21-A to Bus PLTMG of 1633 kW with a reactive power was about 1070 kvar. The electric power balance in a form of data signified within span of 10 years planning capacity would be able to supply the system properly.
