Simulasi Optimasi Waduk Kelarik Di Kecamatan Bunguran Utara Untuk Kebutuhan Irigasi
ABSTRACT
The reservoir has a function as a place to accommodate excess water during the rainy season and will be used to meet water needs during the dry season. The water needs in question include raw water and irrigation water. The Kelarik Reservoir is located in North Kelarik Village, North Bunguran District, Natuna Regency, Riau Archipelago Province. The Kelarik Reservoir is used as an irrigation requirement which is managed in such a way that it can be used optimally. This research was conducted to analyze the optimal reliability of the Kelarik reservoir using simulation methods. The analysis carried out in this study is water availability analysis, discharge analysis, reliable discharge analysis, water balance analysis in wet years (Q20%), normal years (Q50%) and for wet year irrigation is used (Q80%) and the reservoir simulation method used next to consider the optimization of the reservoir. From this research, the results of the reliability of the reservoir in meeting the needs of irrigation water and optimizing the ability of the reservoir to irrigate the irrigation area are obtained. The result of this optimization is that initially the irrigation area that can be irrigated was 1,250 Ha, which could be increased to 3,700 Ha.
