ABSTRACT
Water is the source of life for humans. Along with the increase in population, human activities have also increased and will require more water. This resulted in the use of water required costs in its management. The Pamsimas (Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Provision) program is one of the water supply programs for drinking water customers in Talang Bersemi Village. KP-SPAMS as the manager of Pamsimas facilities must be able to improve its services and offer a wider range of services more effectively and efficiently. Pamsimas must be able to improve its services and offer a wider range of services more effectively and efficiently. The objectives of this study are to: evaluate the determination of the basic tariff for clean water in Talang Bersemi village, through a full cost recovery mechanism. Estimating the Willingness to Pay (WTP) value of Pamsimas customers in Talang Bersemi village in order to improve services for the Pamsimas program. Investigate the factors that affect the value of WTP. The analytical methods used are full cost recovery, Willingness to Pay (WTP), and multiple linear regression analysis. The following are the results of this study: The water tariff applicable to the Pamsimas program is Rp6,000/m3, which is not covered by the full cost recovery mechanism of Rp7,035/m3, the average WTP value of Pamsimas customers in Talang Bersemi village is Rp6.207/m3, the factor that most influences the WTP values of the people in Talang Bersemi village is the income variable.
