Analisis Alokasi Air Daerah Aliran Sungai Tapung Kanan
ABSTRACT
The Tapung Kanan Watershed is part of the Siak Watershed which is located in the Siak River Basin, which is one of the watersheds with critical conditions and requires priority handling. This is due to the uncontrolled use of water resources, causing the availability of water to tend to decrease and decreased water quality. As the effect of this problem, it is necessary to manage and allocate water to provide and realize water demand for water users. This study aims to, analyze the potential availability of water in the Tapung Kanan watershed, analyze the balance between potential water availability and water demand (water balance) in the Tapung Kanan watershed, and allocate water in the Tapung Kanan watershed using priority of water use based on technical recommendations from relevant agencies. The research method used is descriptive analysis method. The water availability analysis method used is the regional method. Water balance analysis was carried out on 3 scenario assumptions, including dry season, normal season, and wet season. The results of this study are that each node of the Tapung Kanan watershed shows a surplus water balance condition in the water allocation plan that will be used based on the forecast for the 2022/2023 rainy season issued by the BMKG, namely the normal season scenario. In the dry season there are several nodes that experience a deficit, so the amount of water allocated needs to be reduced or adjust the k factor.
