Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Materi Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar Berbasis Rme Dengan Konteks Budaya Riau Untuk Memfasilitasi Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Peserta Didik SMP/Mts
The mathematical problem-solving ability of students was still relatively low, The
aim of the research was to develop mathematics teaching materials for students
and for teachers of flat sided geometric materials based on the Realistic
Mathematics Education (RME) approach characterized by Riau culture to
facilitate the mathematical problem solving abilities of SMP/MTs students. The
form of this research is development research using the ADDIE development
model covering analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation
activities. The average results of the validation of teaching materials for students
and for teachers respectively are 3.8 and 3.71 which are in the very valid
category. Then a trial was carried out to determine the practicality of teaching
materials for students using a student response questionnaire with a result of 3.78
in the very practical category. Based on the results of the validation and trials, it
was obtained that mathematics teaching materials on flat-sided geometrical
material based on the RME approach characterized by Riau culture for SMP/MTs
students.
