Pengaruh Bimbingan Klasikal Terhadap Sikap Siswa Dalam Perencanaan Karir Di SMA Negeri 1 Kepenuhan Hulu
This study aims to determine the effect of classical guidance on students'
attitudes in career planning at SMA Negeri 1 Kepuhan Hulu. Attitude is a
tendency to act like or dislike towards an object. In this case, the willingness to
reject or accept an object based on an assessment of the object.
This research is a quantitative study using the pre-experimental design
method. With the type of research one group pretest-posttest pre-experimental
design type one group pretest-posttest. The data collection tool is the Student
Attitude Questionnaire in Career Planning. A total of 31 items compiled by
researchers. The questionnaire was prepared based on 3 aspects of student
attitudes in career planning, namely: (1) Cognitive, (2) Affective, (3) Conative.
The results of the study showed that the attitudes of students in career
planning at SMA Negeri 1 Kepuhan Hulu before being given classical guidance
were in the strongly disagree category because some of them had not been able to
understand themselves. Whereas after being given classical guidance they were in
the agree category because some of them already knew their interests and talents
and were able to make career choices in the future.
