Manajemen Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Impelementasi Program Literasi Kepada Siswa Di SMP Dharma Loka Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the process of planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and the results achieved in implementing the basic literacy program at SMP Dharma Loka Pekanbaru. The planning of the basic literacy program at SMP Dharma Loka Pekanbaru involves the teachers. Planning is carried out through deliberations, discussions and considering the results of the implementation evaluation from previous years.
Organization of the basic literacy program at SMP Dharma Loka Pekanbaru: 1) Organizational structure. In implementing the basic literacy program, SMP Dharma Loka does not yet have a specific structure or written structure. 2) Duties and responsibilities. All components involved in the implementation of the basic literacy program have carried out their duties and responsibilities properly. 3) Sarpras. Facilities and infrastructure have met the standards. The library is quite large, the field is also supportive, apart from that, there is a reading hut that students can use as a seat for reading, discussing, writing, and books also vary from textbooks, novels, comics and other books that really very worth reading.
Implementation of the basic literacy program at SMP Dharma Loka Pekanbaru: 1) The habituation stage. At the habituation stage, the principal and teacher direct students to carry out literacy activities. Literacy is carried out on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. The literacy process is carried out for 15 minutes. 2) Development stage. At this stage students do not only read, but emphasize understanding of reading books, as well as making or creating a work related to literacy. 3) Learning stage. Students were asked to write short stories and poetry. This teaches students that everyone has the right to write and convey their ideas and ideas through written short stories and poetry.
Supervision of the basic literacy program at SMP Dharma Loka Pekanbaru: 1) Monitoring. Monitoring is carried out directly by the library manager as the person in charge of the program. Monitoring is carried out by collecting data and information by making reports on the literacy implementation process. 2) Evaluation. The evaluation is carried out directly by the school principal by being involved in the continuous literacy implementation process which is held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. For a more detailed evaluation, the principal asks the person in charge of the program to make monthly reports and reports at the end of each semester to see the extent to which goals have been achieved and the necessary improvements.
The results achieved from the implementation of the basic literacy program at Dharma Loka Middle School Pekanbaru: 1) students began to take advantage of their break time to go to the library, 2) many students were seen bringing reading books to

school, 3) borrowing books from the library continued to increase every month, 4) reports from each subject teacher, that students have started to actively answer or ask questions if there is discussion in class.
