Kesantunan Berbahasa Narasumber Indonesia Lawyers Club Debat Panas Buntut Panjang Pernyataan Menteri Agama

The research is to find out the forms of politeness in the language of the
speakers, the Indonesian Lawyers Club, the Long Tail Hot Debate, the Statement of the
Minister of Religion. The data sources used were the words and actions of the sources
in the Indonesia Lawyers Club event, the Long Tail Hot Debate, the Statement of the
Minister of Religion. The data collection technique carried out by the author is the
note-taking technique. The research data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive
technique. Qualitative descriptive analysis techniques were used to describe the forms
of politeness in the language of the speakers, the Indonesian Lawyers Club, the Long
Tail Hot Debate, the Statement of the Minister of Religion. The research data was
found in the form of compliance and violations of politeness in verbal and non-verbal
forms. Verbal data is found more than non-verbal. Of the 78 verbal data and 12 nonverbal
data, it is more dominant for language politeness violations. The maxims that
are often found are the maxim of respect and the maxim of agreement/agreement, and
the least data found is the maxim of generosity.
