Knowing the Sakai tribe, surely some people think that the Sakai tribe is those who live in remote areas, tribes that are left behind and isolated. The Sakai tribe itself is a tribe that inhabits the interior of Riau on the island of Sumatra. Many say it is difficult for this tribe to get proper education for their children, before there was a program made by the government for compulsory education which was originally 9 years and now it has become 12 years compulsory education, the Sakai tribe community has started to develop and they have started to send their children to school. They have started to mingle with the outside community (people who have different ethnicities from the Sakai tribe).
The government's efforts to help with proper education for tribal people, one of which is the Sakai tribe, so that their children get an education like children in general, is 12 years of compulsory education for all children living in the State of Indonesia, a one-roof school was created.
Especially for the 3T areas, (Isolated, Distributed, and Isolated), distance education, field education, and many other government programs created for tribal children. All of these government programs are one of the strategies made by the government to ensure certainty of education services in all regions throughout Indonesia. All of this cannot be separated from the government's desire to guarantee the partiality and certainty of remote area communities to receive educational services, the one-roof school policy is expected to overcome educational problems in remote areas so as to improve the quality of educatio.
The awareness of the inland tribal people about the meaning of educating their children is actually a manifestation of the community's seriousness as a partner of the government in improving human resources. However, such a role has not been followed by the creation of good cooperative relations on the basis of equal position and with full awareness of the importance of education for the progress of the nation.This study aims to produce an Educational Model for the Sakai Tribe Community in an Effort to Increase Motivation for Continuing Family Education in Pinggir District. This research is a quantitative research with a correlation research model. Correlation research is intended to determine whether there is a relationship between two variables. The research uses data in the form of numbers and is analyzed with the help of statistics (SPSS version. 22). The data analysis used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis. Research data collection was carried out using observation techniques, questionnaires and documentation. The data is then analyzed for statistical analysis, the analysis module used must be in accordance with the research plan. As already mentioned, it is determined by the hypothesis to be tested and the research objectives. The types of data analyzed also determine which analysis model is appropriate to use. Regarding the statistical analysis, it needs to be stated further, that each model or method is based on certain assumptions. In order for the model or method to apply, it is necessary to fulfill

the underlying assumptions. The results of statistical analysis will be in the form of numbers. There by as well as statistical test results, based on these figures it is necessary to make decision regarding the results of the analysis or test results. Or the decision used can be conventional, namely stating the results of hypothesis testing or significant or not significant at a significance level of 1 percent, or 5 percent, can also be unconventional, namely using level limits expanding significance, independent of the 1 percent convention, and that 5 percent. Data analysis was carried out after the data was collected, the data analysis used in this study was quantitative descriptive analysis (categorization using the help of Microsoft Excel to analyze problem formulations number 1 and 2, while carrying out the chi square test to analyze problem statement number 3 using SPSS Version 22.0 .
The results show that the socio-economic conditions of the Sakai tribe community in terms of education level, most of them finish school up to the elementary school level only in the moderate category. Meanwhile, when viewed from the aspect of work, the majority of the Sakai people work as farmers. The motivation level of the Sakai people to continue their children's education is in the medium category with a percentage of 56.8%. Based on the results of the chi square test, it obtained a value of (8 > 5.99) which means chi count > from chi table. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the socio-economic conditions of the Sakai people and the variable motivation of the Sakai people to continue their education. The educational model of the Sakai tribe community in an effort to increase family education motivation in the suburbs sub-district is formulated: focusing on providing assistance to parents through a group approach method with considerations in line with demographic data, the form of parental interaction is carried out in groups, both work-related groups and other associations .
