Evaluasi Pengendalian Biaya Dan Waktu Proyek Konstruksi Dengan Menerapkan Metode Earn Value Concept (Studi Kasus: Proyek Pembangunan Fisik Komplek Smk Negeri Kehutanan Kota Pekanbaru)
ABSTRACT
The success of a project requires the implementation of good management. Good control can reduce the risk of delays and project cost overruns. To improve effectiveness in monitoring and controlling the project, the result value concept method is used. The Result Value Concept Method is able to calculate the amount of costs in accordance with the budget that has been implemented and make estimates of costs and time for project completion. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative with a duration of 10 months. The data needed is a Cost Budget Plan, S-Curve, Project progress reports and Cost reports based on project progress. To process the data, the Earn Value Concept method is used using the Primavera Project Planner P6. Based on the results of the data analysis carried out, the value of SV = IDR (-817,972,985.93) was obtained with an SPI value of 0.881. Value (-) on SV and SPI value < 1 indicates that the work is running slower than the planned schedule. By calculating the estimated cost for the remaining work, an estimated total project completion cost (EAC) of Rp7,189,014.20. While the project completion time is December 30, 2021 (323 days) back 60 days from the planned time. Control measures taken to minimize delays in project completion time are to reduce the duration of work items that are on a critical path (Water gutter work from 5 days to 3 days, Plastering work from 7 days to 5 days and Concrete and ACP work from 5 days to 3 days).
