Sentra Kuliner Khas Riau Di Pekanbaru Dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Hijau
ABSTRACT
In the progress of a region, it can be seen from economic growth that makes economic growth able to provide progress for the area, one of the factors of economic growth, namely from business activities both small and large. A business that has the potential to advance the economy is a business in the culinary field, where businesses in the culinary field are businesses that are often found in various regions in Indonesia. In advancing a business sector, support from both individuals and the government is needed, such as creating an area that accommodates culinary business actors. This was done as an effort to socialize and standardize existing food products, including in Pekanbaru. Apart from that, with the existence of Culinary facilities in Pekanbaru, it is hoped that the public and tourists can easily enjoy various kinds of Typical Riau Culinary in one area without having to move locations. The results of the discussion are presented in the form of a planning and design concept for the Riau Typical Culinary Center in Pekanbaru With a Green Architecture Approach, it is hoped that this theme can reflect how design provides good relations between humans and the surrounding environment.
