Sistem Keamanan Menggunakan Esp32 Cam Berbasis Internet Of Things (Iot) Via Telegram Pada Laboratorium Teknik Elektro Universitas Riau
ABSTRACT Technology at this time has such an important role in everyday life. Along with the times as well as technological developments, fast and accurate information will be needed, especially in the security sector so that it can support the performance of the sector. The security aspect is one of the aspects that is needed in this growing era, as is the case in the campus environment, where security is still lacking and needs to be improved, especially in the laboratory section where there are items in the form of computers and other practical tools so that security is safe. of the object is very necessary. Because there is still a lack of security in the lab, such as cctv that has not functioned, which can lead to crime in the form of theft of goods in the laboratory. This study aims to create a security system at the Electrical Engineering Laboratory using ESP32 CAM based on Internet Of Things (IoT) and connected via Telegram. This system uses the ESP32 CAM as a microcontroller and is also equipped with a PIR sensor that will detect the movement of humans, if the sensor has detected a human moving closer to the sensor, the camera will automatically capture the image and then send the image to the telegram application on the user's smartphone. . The image will enter the user's smartphone automatically if all the devices used are connected to the internet network. then the user can see the state of the laboratory anytime and anywhere without having to be in that location. It is hoped that this system will be useful to help facilitate security in monitoring the state of the laboratory so that it can improve security and can minimize theft that occurs.
