Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Sampurna Di Kabupaten Kampar
A Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) has a large role in the national economic development sector. One of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kampar Regency is Sampurna Micro Enterprises. The business owner stated that the income earned increased and decreased drastically 2 years ago. This is due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, business income must be increased by continuing to be creative and more broadly marketing its products online or offline. This study aims to analyze these strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges using the SWOT Matrix and determine what strategies can be applied to Sampurna Micro Enterprises in Kampar Regency. Data analysis was carried out using SWOT analysis Found five alternative strategies namely: two S-O strategies, two S-T strategies. one W-O strategy, as well as one WT strategy The main alternative strategy that researchers found is the S-O strategy, namely, by using a wider distributor channel and the presence of other flavor variants, the S-T strategy is to improve product quality and provide friendly and comfortable services, the W-O strategy is to expand products via online and social media such as selling products on applications such as Shopee Tiktok, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc. W-T's strategy is to provide discounts if you buy products in large quantities, you will get a discount.
