This research is motivated by the student learning process which cannot be
separated from the need for facilities and infrastructure. These needs will be fulfilled
properly if the parents' economic condition is also good. With fulfilled needs, it is

hoped that the student learning process will run smoothly so that it will have an impact on learning achievement. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a Socio-Economic Effect of Parents on the Learning Achievement of PPKn Class XI Students at SMKS Ekatama Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to find out the Socio-Economy of Parents Against the Learning Achievement of PPKn Grade XI Students at SMKS Ekatama Pekanbaru. The benefits of this research are that the theoretical benefits of this research can contribute to thinking in the world of education, especially those related to the Socio-Economic Influence of Parents on Students' Civics Learning Achievement. The practical benefit is being able to add and gain insight and knowledge directly regarding the Socio-Economic influence of Parents in the acquisition of Civics Learning Achievement for Class XI Ekatama Pekanbaru Vocational Schools and be used as reference material or references in conducting similar research. This research method is descriptive quantitative, the data collection instrument used in this study is a questionnaire consisting of 15 question.
