Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kepemimpinan Guru Kelas SD Negeri Kecamatan Tapung Hulu Kabupaten Kampar
Everyone is a leader, whether a leader for himself or a leader for the people around him, be it the community or family or it could also be the leader of an organization. Every organization must have a leader, a leader who can be obeyed and respected by his subordinates. One of the roles of the teacher is as a leader. The teacher as a leader has its own role in managing education and carrying out the teaching and learning process. Teacher leadership is very influential on the success or failure of the learning process carried out by a teacher, all of which depend on the teacher's ability to lead the class and apply his leadership. The teacher is the spearhead of the success of an educational institution. The teacher as a leader aims to influence, encourage and motivate students to carry out the learning process in accordance with the rules with the aim of increasing the quality of education.
This research will examine: (1) Is there a significant and positive influence between the supervision of the school principal on the leadership of class teachers at SD Negeri Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency?; (2) Is there a significant and positive influence between organizational culture on the leadership of class teachers at SD Negeri Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency?; and (3) Is there a significant and positive influence between the supervision of the school principal and organizational culture simultaneously or jointly on the leadership of state elementary school teachers, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency? The objectives of this research are: (1) To identify and analyze the influence between the supervision of the school principal on the leadership of class teachers at SD Negeri Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency, (2) To find out and analyze the influence of organizational culture on the leadership of class teachers at SD Negeri Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency, and (3) To find out and analyze the influence between supervision school principals and organizational culture simultaneously or jointly on the leadership of class teachers at SD Negeri Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency.
This study uses a quantitative research method with the type of Ex post facto. The target or population in this study were class teachers at SD Negeri Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency, with a total of 190 people. Then the number of samples used in the study after being calculated by the Slovin formula was 129 people, who were taken by cluster sampling. Furthermore, the research trial was conducted on 30 class teachers outside the research sample. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire or questionnaire. The techniques used to analyze the data were descriptive statistical analysis techniques, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS (statistical package for social science) Version.23 program.
The results of the study showed that there was a significant and positive effect of the supervision of the principal (X1) on class teacher leadership (Y) of SD Negeri Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency by 22.5%, there was a

significant and positive influence of organizational culture (X2) on class teacher leadership ( Y) SD Negeri Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency, at 19.8%, and finally, there is a significant and positive influence on the supervision of the principal (X1) and organizational culture (X2) together on the leadership of class teachers (Y) SD Negeri Tapung Hulu District Kampar Regency by 30.5%.
Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the better the supervision carried out by the principal, the more the classroom teacher leadership will also increase. This indicates that to improve classroom teacher leadership one of the things that can be done is supervision carried out by the principal on a regular and continuous basis including directing teachers, helping teachers solve problems, supervising, establishing harmonious relationships and evaluating teacher performance. then to improve classroom teacher leadership one way that can be done is to improve the organizational culture that exists in schools such as cooperation, discipline and honesty. Furthermore, the better the supervision carried out by the principal and the more conducive the organizational culture in a school, the more the class teacher's leadership will increase in managing the class. This means that one way that can be done to improve classroom teacher leadership is to increase the supervision of school principals and improve the organizational culture of classroom teacher leadership. This can be seen from the ability of teachers to be adaptive, collaborative, innovative and participatory.
