Efektivitas Kerjasama Praktik Kerja Industri Di SMK Negeri 1 Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis
Perdirjen Vocational Education No 5 of 2020 states that in order to build a common understanding or link and match in assessing the competency standards of DUDI needs prepared by SMKs, which are vehicles for realizing alignment between SMKs and DUDI, it is necessary to have an established and sustainable partnership both in the implementation of curriculum development, the implementation of learning, the implementation of field work practices, to the process of recruiting graduates. It was further stated that one form of SMK partnership with the business world and the industrial world is in industrial work practice programs. Since the operation of SMK Negeri 1 Rupat, it has carried out industrial work practices 10 times in the business world, industrial world and other institutions, and 2 times by bringing guest teachers to school due to the Covid 19 pandemic that has hit the world, namely in 2020 and 2021. In 2022, SMK Negeri 1 Rupat will again carry out industrial work practices in the business world, industrial world and other institutions.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of collaborative industrial work practices at SMK Negeri 1 Rupat. In detail, the purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the planning of collaborative industrial work practices at SMK Negeri 1 Rupat, the implementation of collaborative industrial work practices at SMK Negeri 1 Rupat, and evaluation of collaborative industrial work practices at SMK Negeri 1 Rupat and to find out the effectiveness of the collaborative work practice program. industry at SMK Negeri 1 Rupat.
This study uses a qualitative research approach. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Rupat which is located at Jalan Taman Siswa No. 02 Pergam Village, Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. The data in this study consisted of two parts of data, namely data related to school management and data related to industrial work practices at SMK Negeri 1 Rupat. Data related to school management includes: 1) profile of SMK Negeri 1 Rupat, 2) basic education data, data related to industrial work practices including: 1) MoU with DUDI, 2) Principal Decree regarding implementing industrial work practices, 3) data on the implementation of cooperation activities with the industrial world or the business world starting from planning, implementation, monitoring to apprenticeship evaluation. The instruments in this study were documentation, observation and interviews used to collect data related to the effectiveness of collaborative industrial work practices at SMK Negeri 1 Rupat both at the planning, implementation and evaluation stages of cooperation.
As for the findings of the research results regarding the effectiveness of industrial work practice collaboration at SMKN 1 Rupat with DU/DI at the planning, implementation and discussion stages. Planning for internship collaboration at SMKN 1 Rupat has not been carried out effectively. This can be seen from the curriculum of SMKN 1 Rupat which is not in sync with the conformity of the curriculum content that will be taught by the teacher and its implementation in DU/DI. Then at the planning stage the objectives of

apprenticeship are still experiencing problems, namely the lack of business/industry that is in accordance with the competence of expertise at SMK N 1 Rupat, the number of students carrying out internships in large-scale industries is not too many, so some apprentice students in the business/industry world around the Rupat District area instead of getting learning according to the demands of vocational competence. Cooperation planning at the Mou also has obstacles as namely 1) It is difficult to find the Business World and Industrial World that are in line with the competencies to be developed, 2). There has not been any serious effort from the school to establish cooperation with DU/DI parties. 3) There is still a lack of companies around the school environment and the businesses/industry around the school environment are mostly small industries.
Implementation is an act of a plan that is carefully and detailed, implementation is usually carried out after the plan is considered ready. SMKN 1 Rupat term implementation as an easier term, namely implementation. From the description of the results of research on the implementation of SMK collaboration with the business and industrial world it has not been carried out effectively. This is seen from the constraints of monitoring carried out by teachers in the field. The final stage of the prakerin implementation is the evaluation stage. Evaluation of practicum activities can be carried out by the industry or the school. This evaluation is carried out to measure the extent to which students gain competence during practice. It is hoped that at the end of the prakerin implementation there will be an increase and change in the competence and attitude of students.
