Pengaruh Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Fkip Universitas Riau

This study aims to determine the effect of education and training on the
performance of FKIP Riau University employees. The problem in this research is
the lack of developing the competencies possessed by employees even though they
have received training and education programmed by the faculty every year. The
population and sample in this study were employees at the FKIP University of Riau,
namely as many as 49 people with a total sampling technique. The instrument used
in this study was a questionnaire arranged on a Likert scale. The analysis technique
in this study is simple regression. Based on the results of the research and
discussion, the correlation (r) is 0.472 when compared to (sig.) 0.001, which is less
than a probability of 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an influence of
education and training and an R square of 0.223 is obtained, the contribution is
22.3%. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence on education and
training on the performance of FKIP Riau University employees.
