This research is motivated by the phenomenon of a decrease in the Social Care Character of Students. Based on observations made at SMA Negeri 3 Dumai that there are problems related to the social care character of students, which is currently experiencing a decline, especially in class XI. In addition, after the pandemic in recent years, the program of activities implemented by the Student Council has not been optimal, in which Student Council has a very important role in fostering the socially caring character of students. Seeing this, the writer wants to examine whether there is an effect of student council activities on the Social Care Character of Students at SMA Negeri 3 Dumai.
