Rancang Bangun Sistem Pengontrolan Pemberi Pakan Ikan Otomatis Menggunakan Smartphone Android Berbasis Blynk
ABSTRAK
The cultivation of fish seeds is widely practiced by Indonesian people as a livelihood. The farmers usually manually feed the fish by scattering feed in each pond of uncertain size. Not only does this consume time, but manual fish feeding also lacks a regular schedule, resulting in inefficiency. IBased on this problem, the researcher proposed an automatic fish feeder dispenser tool based on the Blynk application. This proposed tool is composed of ultrasonic sensors, infrared sensors, RTC, and servo motors. The sensor readings on the Android smartphone are obtained through the NodeMCU, which successfully sends signals to the Blynk application. The tool was thoroughly tested on catfish located at the Fishery Office of Kampar District over a period of 10 days. The testing method involved three types of pond sizes, with testing conducted at a consistent schedule of three times a day at 8 a.m., 1 p.m., and 6 p.m. Based on the readings obtained through notifications on Blynk, it was found that there was only one failure during the entire duration of the 10 days of testing in automatic feeding. This demonstrates that the proposed tool is highly effective in operation and successfully increases efficiency in fish seed cultivation.
