A study was carried out to determine the composition of stands in the Bungin Island Urban Forest, Kuantan Singingi Regency from January to February 2022. This research was used to design a booklet on biology learning in biodiversity material in class X high school. This research was carried out in two stages, namely the first stage data collection in the field and the stage of developing a biodiversity booklet. The design of this study used a survey method, taking research samples using the roaming method. Parameters in this study include the composition of the type of stands and regeneration of forest stands. Data from the composition of forest stands that have been obtained are then analyzed descriptively qualitatively, carried out by sampling, recorded, and documented, identified types of forest stands at the seedling, sapling, pole, and tree levels in the form of tables and photos. As for the design stage of the biodiversity booklet, it was carried out at the Binawidya Campus, University of Riau by analyzing research results. The design of the biodiversity booklet submitted to KD 3.2 Analyzing various levels of biodiversity in Indonesia and its threats and conservation. The results showed that there were 457 individual forest stands belonging to 46 species from 24 families, consisting of 173 individual tree growth strata, 107 individual poles, 101 individual saplings, and seedlings. 76 individuals. The dominating family in all growth strata is Arecaceae. The research results can be integrated into the design of study resources for class X high school biodiversity booklets.
