Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Matematika Menggunakan Model Problem Based Learning Untuk Memfasilitasi Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Materi Lingkaran Kelas VIII SMP/Mts
This research was conducted because of the importance of
mathematical problem-solving abilities and the importance of learning tools as
planning learning activities. Currently, teacher-made learning tools have not
been able to activate students according to the demands of the 2013 curriculum.
This development research aims to produce Problem Based Learning (PBL)-
based products in the form of learning tools (Syllabus, Lesson Plans and Student
Worksheets) that are valid and practical . The selected development model is the
4D model. The product validation results meet the valid criteria where the
average value for syllabus is 3.58, lesson plans are 3.56 and worksheet is 3.40
with the criteria "very valid". The researcher conducted a small group tryout with
six students, after the worksheet was revised according to the validator's
suggestion. The results of the practicality analysis of worksheet meet the practical
requirements with an average acquisition of 3.84 with the criteria of "very
practical". Thus, the product developed is valid and practical in circle material at
8th grade students of junior high school.
