Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Berbasis Problem Based Learning Pada Materi SPLDV Untuk Memfasilitasi Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa SMP
Students must have KBK in 21st century learning in learning
mathematics. KBK is also the goal of learning mathematics in the 2013 Curriculum.
The low KBK can be illustrated in the SPLDV material so that innovation is needed
to develop students' KBK abilities. PBL is a learning model that can facilitate KBK
students, especially junior high school students. KBK can be facilitated through the
implementation of PBL which is realized by making learning tools, namely syllabus,
lesson plans, and LAS. The purpose of this study was to produce a product in the
form of SPLDV material learning tools to facilitate students' KBK abilities. This
study uses a 4-D development model with the stages of defining, designing,
developing and disseminating. At the development stage, validation, product revision
and product trials (small and large group trials) are carried out. The test subjects in
this study were students at SMP Negeri 45 Pekanbaru. The types of data used in this
study are qualitative and quantitative data. Based on the analysis of the validation
results, the average results of the syllabus, lesson plans and LAS validation results
were 90.27% very valid criteria, 90.48% very valid criteria, and 89.30% very valid
criteria. The average practicality result in the small group trial was 90.41% in the
very practical category and the average practical result in the large group trial was
93.61% in the very practical category. So it can be concluded that the PBL-based
learning tool on SPLDV material to facilitate the KBK for junior high school students
has fulfilled the valid and practical requirements.
