Teacher professionalism is the way, conditions, direction and quality of work and the way of thinking of a teacher in implementing his knowledge and skills related to his profession which is his livelihood in the field of education and teaching. Pinggir District Public High School needs teachers who have good professionalism. Based on the initial survey of the research, it was obtained an overview of the professionalism of the Pinggir District Public High School teachers who needed to be improved. There are several factors that affect teacher professionalism, including the transformational leadership of school principals and teacher digital literacy. The principal is considered successful if he is able to improve teacher professionalism through various ways and actions taken as the highest leadership such as visionary, empathetic, being an agent of change, charismatic, inspiring and intellectually stimulating the teacher. Advances in digital technology that lead teachers to improve their abilities in teacher digital literacy will also provide encouragement and motivation to teachers to increase teacher professionalism in their duties.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher professionalism at SMA Negeri Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency, and to analyze the effect of teacher digital literacy on teacher professionalism at SMA Negeri Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency. In addition, this study also aims to analyze the influence of the transformational leadership of school principals and digital literacy of teachers together on the professionalism of teachers at SMA Negeri Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency.
This type of research is survey research with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all 175 public high school teachers in Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency, divided into 6 public high schools in Pinggir District. Meanwhile, the sample for this study was all 122 Pinggir District SMA Negeri teachers using a data collection technique, namely a questionnaire. The research procedure first conducted an instrument test to determine the validity and reliability of the instrument which was carried out on 53 teachers other than teachers who were used as research samples. Furthermore, the questionnaire that had been tested was given to 122 teachers as a research sample. Data analysis used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.
The descriptive results of the study show that the category of teacher professionalism is in the medium category, namely 77 (63.11%), the transformational leadership category of school principals is in the moderate category, namely 83 (68.03%) and the category of teacher digital literacy is in the medium category, namely 74 ( 60.66%) Based on the hypothesis test and correlation coefficient it was found that, first, the first hypothesis which stated that there was a positive and significant influence between the Transformational Principal Leadership (X1) on Teacher Professionalism (Y) was accepted, it was known that the sig = 0.000. The sig value is 0.000 < 0.05. The linear equation

shows that Y = 6.836 + 0.762X1. Constant values and b values indicate positive values. Thus it can be concluded that the relationship between variables is significant and positive. The correlation coefficient of this variable is 0.717, so it is also known that the determination value (r2) of Transformational Leadership of Principals (X1) on Teacher Professionalism (Y) is 0.514 or 61.4o%. Or in other words, the Principal's Leadership has an effect of 51.40% on teacher professionalism.
Second, the second hypothesis which says that there is a positive and significant influence between Teacher Digital Literacy (X2) on Teacher Professionalism (Y) is accepted, it is known that the value is sig = 0.000. The linear equation shows that Y = 15.203+ 0.772X2 with constant values and b values indicate positive values. Thus it can be concluded that the relationship between variables is positive and significant. The sig value of 0.000
