Model Pengelolaan Green Campus Berkelanjutan Di Kampus Bina Widya Universitas Riau Pekanbaru
The management of Green Campus Bina Widya has not formed a complex and
multidimensional system yet. For sustainability, many components are needed, such
as ecological, social, economic, governance and technological components that
interact with each other to produce a sustainable Green Campus management model.
This study aims to determine the existing condition, sustainability status and
management model of the Green Campus at Bina Widya Campus, University of Riau.
The research was conducted at the Bina Widya Campus from June 2020 to January
2022. Data collection techniques used are measurement, observation, questionnaires,
interviews and documentation. Data analysis used are Multi Dimensional Scaling and
prospective analysis. The results showed that the existing condition of the Green
Campus on Bina Widya Campus for the ecological dimensions of the green open
space aspect is (good) while the energy, waste, water and transportation aspects are
(poor). The social dimensions of the attitude aspect has a score 3.59 (good enough)
and the perceptions of the academic community 3.22 (good enough). The economic
dimension of the income aspect is more than the UMK, which is around 45%. The
Green Campus governance dimension scores 3.42 (fairly good) and the technology
aspect of informatics technology scores 3.76 (good) and Smart Building technology
scores 2.59 (poor). Green Campus sustainability status score 52.00 (quite
sustainable). The sustainable Green Campus management model at the Bina Widya
Campus is an interaction between the area of green open space (k), the attitude of the
academic community (a), the income of the surrounding community (m),
responsibility (p), regulation (u), technology around the room (s) which can be
described in terms of functions: GC = f (k, a, m, p, u, s).
