Analisis Perbandingan Energi Listrik Floating Solar Photovoltaic Dengan Ground Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Pengaruh Dinamika Temperatur
ABSTRACT
Utilization of solar power through photovoltaic conversion has been widely applied as an alternative energy source because the source of energy is very large and the time is long. The implementation of its utilization can be done in open space, but it requires a large area of land to overcome these obstacles. The implementation of the SPV installation can be done by installing the SPV in water bodies such as oceans, lakes, reservoirs, and ponds. Based on the placement of solar photovoltaic floating installations (on water) with ground-mounted (above the ground), different temperature dynamics will affect the output of solar panels. In this study, the testing of the floating SPV and ground-mounted SPV systems was carried out at the same time and with the same treatment during testing to find out the performance comparison of the floating SPV and ground-mounted SPV systems by looking at the energy output and seeing how temperature effects the floating and ground-mounted solar photovoltaic output parameters. The monitoring tool during the study used an Arduino microcontroller as an energy monitoring system that recorded voltage, current, and power data. The results of this study include weather parameters (solar radiation intensity, temperature, and humidity) and electrical parameters. Based on the analysis after testing, it shows that the floating SPV produces a higher energy output when compared to the ground-mounted SPV.
