Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Motivas I Tenaga Kependidikan Di Universitas Riau
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence and
organizational culture on performance through the motivation of civil servants at
the University of Riau.
The method used in this research is quantitative. The types and sources of
data in this study were primary data obtained from empirical research results by
distributing questionnaires to employees who were sampled using the slovin
formula, the sample in this study amounted to 180 people. The analysis technique
used is SEM SMART-pls 3.0.
The results of the study show that: 1) Competence has a positive and
significant effect on work motivation. 2) Organizational Culture has a positive
and significant effect on Work Motivation. 3) Competence has a positive and
significant effect on performance. 4) Organizational Culture has a positive and
significant effect on performance. 5) Competence has a positive and significant
effect on performance through work motivation. 6) Organizational Culture has no
positive and significant effect on performance through motivation. 7) Work
motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance.
