Analisa Perhitungan Kapasitas Daya Dan Kecepatan Motor Listrik Pada Lift Di Rumah Sakit Daerah (Rsd) Madani Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
Lift or elevator is a transportation device found in multi-story buildings to facilitate people in quickly moving to desired floors. Currently, the motor commonly used as the lift's drive is a three-phase induction motor. The output of this three-phase induction motor is in the form of torque to move the lift. The weight of the passengers carried by the lift varies and affects the power and torque generated by the motor to lift those passengers. The method used in this research is data collection in the form of the number of passengers and lift motor data at RSD Madani through observation. After obtaining the data, measurements and calculations were performed to obtain the torque, power, and speed of the lift motor. The results of this study show that with passenger loads of 0 kg, 196 kg, 678 kg, 891 kg, and 1,122 kg, as the weight of the passengers increases while the lift is going up, the power and torque of the motor also increase, while it decreases while going down. The required mechanical torque for lift movement between floors is the same if the distance between the floors is the same. The number of loads does not affect the motor's speed because the motor moves at a constant 68 RPM. With the research method used on the lift at RSD Madani Pekanbaru, this study can be used as a reference in the planning of passenger lift technicians.
