Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Tipe Team Asisted Individualization (TAI) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ppkn Di SMP Negeri 20 Pekanbaru
The current study's findings are supported by the use of established, conventional teaching methods, such as the ceramah model of classroom instruction, as well as by the more effective use of guru or siswa-authored books. In addition, the teacher does not use educational media when teaching younger students, which makes the students less enthusiastic about learning and results in the production of high-quality test scores or reports, particularly in the PPKn curriculum. As a result, the group is eager to discuss the implications of the Team-Assisted Individualization (TAI) Model for Student Learning with a view to understanding the condition of the situation in a clear and concise manner.
The main question raised in this study is: Is there any evidence that using the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model of instruction has adverse effects on the results of teacher training for the PPKn Siswa Kelas VIII class at SMP Negeri 20 Pekanbaru? The purpose of this study is to understand some of the implications of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) style of instruction on student learning outcomes. The term "model of instruction" can refer to a technique or method that a teacher can employ to organize instruction in accordance with the goals that they have set for the course of instruction. Manfaat dari penelitain ini yaitu dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi untuk guru-guru yang lain dalam melakukan aktivitas pembelajaran di sekolah dan menambah wawasan serta ilmu baru yang bisa dijadikan kajian dengan menyelesaikan permasalahan yang sama.
Using a pretest-posttest control group design, the current study is a quantitative type of experiment. In this study's data collection technique, tests and documentation are used. Siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 20 Pekanbaru, which is comprised of 356 Siswa and 80 Siswa from kelas VIII-9 and VIII-8, is the population of interest in this study.

Model pembelajaran Team Asisted Individualization (TAI) memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa karena diperoleh thitung = 2858 dan ttabel = 1,990 yang artinya thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Dengan demikian, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya Model pembelajaran Team Asisted Individualization (TAI) berpengaruh terdapat hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 20 Pekanbaru dengan memperoleh rata rata 80,75 dikelas eksperimen dan rata rata 70,5 dikelas kontrol.
