Pengaruh Media Audiovisual Terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Surat Lamaran Pekerjaan Siswa Kelas XII Di SMAN 1 Pangkalan Lesung
The problem is the decrease in learning activity and interest in students' writing skills which are still low. This study discusses the effect of audiovisual media on the job application writing skills of class XII students at SMAN 1 Pangkalan Lesung, Pelalawan Regency. The formulation of the research problem is whether there is an effect of audiovisual media on the learning outcomes of writing job application letter skills in class XII students at SMAN 1 Pangkalan Lesung with the aim of this study to determine the effect of audiovisual media on learning outcomes in writing job application letter skills in class XII students at SMAN 1 Base Lesung. The benefits of research are to find out the use of audiovisual learning media in developing learning media through appropriate educational methods so that they can influence student learning with potential and character. The research method was obtained by pre-experimental designs, quasi-experimental pre-experimental designs type one group pretest-posttest designs with research instruments in the form of pretest and posttest skills in writing job application letters, observation sheets of teacher and student learning activities in class, and supported by questionnaires. student interview. Research data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical test techniques, normality tests, and homogeneity tests. The results of the study are that audiovisual media influences the learning outcomes of writing job application letter skills for class XII students at SMAN 1 Pangkalan Lesung, thus giving the impression of a pleasant student learning experience, so that students become more motivated, learning is not boring, and makes communication easier so that goals are achieved effective and efficient learning.
