Basically, the marriage card management service for the marriage management information system (SIMKAH) is in order to improve service to the community by using an online-based application. The problem in this study is that there are frequent network interruptions when inputting bride-to-be data, resulting in delays in inputting data and causing KUA operators to input data outside working hours.
The purpose of this study was to find out how to arrange marriage card services using the online SIMKAH application at KUA, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency by referring to the theory of public service according to the Minister of Administrative Decree No. 63/2003, namely Transparency, Accountability, Conditional, Participatory, Equal Rights and Balance of Rights and Obligations and also use electronic government theory by Richardus Eko Indrijit namely support (Support), ability (Capacity), and benefits (Value). This research method is qualitative with analysis techniques and research informants, namely the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Employee Staff of the Ministry of Religion, Head of the Office of Religious Affairs, Staff of the Office of Religious Affairs, Office of the Lurah, and the Pangkalan Lesung District Community. Data were collected by the authors using interview and documentation techniques. This data analysis technique is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.
The results of this study are not optimal because there are still deficiencies such as a lack of supporting infrastructure such as printers for printing wedding cards, a lack of staff, only five people and an operator who understands technology, only one person and there are factors that become obstacles in online SIMKAH services.
