Pemodelan Dan Pengujian Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (Pmsg) Menggunakan Magnet Infolytica
ABSTRACT
Permanent magnet synchronous generator is a synchronous generator whose
excitation field is produced by permanent magnet. This study aims to model and
test a permanent magnet synchronous generator with a power of 1500 watts at 375
rpm using MagNet Infolytica. In this research, PMSG will modeled using
Autocad Mechanical 2022 Software trial edition and tested using MagNet
Infolytica Software trial edition. Generator will be modeled refers to the output of
previous research i.e outer dimension of 390 mm, thickness of 120 mm, inset
permanent magnet (IPM) rotor type and then tested with MagNet Infolytica
Software trial edition. This generator is expected to produce power capacity of
1500 watts at 375 rpm. The next stage model is tested refers to the specifications
mentioned earlier. The simulation results are then analyzed with a loadless
simulation and a load simulation scenario with has determined loads. Analysis of
the overall results shows that the generator design can fulfill the specifications
which has set. Generator with a loadless simulation produces 198,4 volts. When
testing 32,3 loads simulation, generator produces power of 1505 watts with
190,31 volts and 5,89 ampere of current. Generator has an efficiency of 62 %. The
larger rotation speed is, the larger generator produces output, eventhough
generator produces constanly flux density.
