Kreativitas Belajar Penerima Manfaat Pelatihan Barbershop Di Balai Rehabilitas Sosial Anak Yang Membutuhkan Perlindungan Khusus (BRSAMPK) Rumbai
The formulation of the problem in this study is that according to the background of the problems
described above, the research problem can be formulated, namely: How is the learning creativity
of beneficiaries of barbershop training at the Rumbai social rehabilitation center for children who
need special protection (BRSAMPK). The type of research used in this research is descriptive
qualitative research. Qualitative descriptive which is shown to examine various problems that
exist in the field and obtain meaning that is more in accordance with the conditions in which the
research is carried out. Using a qualitative approach the aim of this research is to find out how
the learning creativity of beneficiaries of barbershop training in social rehabilitation centers for
children who need special protection (BRSAMPK) Tassel. The results showed that the training at
BRSAMPK increased the beneficiaries. They have standard abilities and also the results of their
own creativity. All of this is obtained from the existence of learning programs that stimulate their
creativity such as creating new things, finding new ways, expressing experience, being able to
actualize identity and having tips or ways to overcome problems or problems that arise in
completing exercises. The management of learning is carried out by implementing a measurable
duration of the training program.
