Penambahan Silika Pada Zno:Ag Dan Pengaruhnya Pada Sifat Fisis Material Aktif Dan Efisiensi Dye Sensitized Solar Cell Berbasis Zno
Ag-doped ZnO nanomaterials have been synthesized by sol-gel method using various volume ratios of ZnO and Ag of 99:1, 97:3, 95:5. Ag-doped ZnO added SiO2 has mechanically synthesized with a mass ratio of ZnO:Ag and SiO2 95:5. This study analyzed the effect of Ag doping on ZnO and addition of 5 wt% SiO2 on ZnO:Ag on the physical properties of the active material and the efficiency of dye sensitized solar cells. Crystallinity, optical properties, morphology, and composition of the samples were analyzed using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Ultraviolet-Visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), and Energy Dispersive X-Ray (EDX) spectroscopy. The XRD patterns show eleven diffraction peaks with crystal planes orientation (100), (002), (101), (102), (110), (103), (200), (112), (201), (004), and (202). The highest peak intensities was found in the crystal plane (101) at 1% ZnO:Ag and 1% ZnO:Ag/SiO2. The crystal sizes of 1% ZnO, 1% ZnO:Ag and 1% ZnO:Ag/SiO2 samples were respectively 18.633 nm. 29.143 nm and 28.872 nm.
