The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the Management of the Course and Training
Institute (LKP) Sewing "Nuri" in Sukamaju Village, Sail District, Pekanbaru City? This study aims to
find out how the management of LKP Sewing Nuri, Sukamaju Village, Sail District, Pekanbaru City.
This study has 3 sub focuses, namely 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) evaluation. This research is a
type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive method. This research was conducted at the
Nuri Sewing Course and Training Institute which involved 4 (four) informants as research subjects,
including 2 (two) key informants, observer informants,
1 (one) core informant, control informants. Data collection techniques in this study were document,
observation, and interview techniques. While the analysis in the study includes data reduction, data
presentation, drawing conclusions, and triangulation. the management of Nuri Sewing LKP needs to
be improved in order to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. This can be seen from
the planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning has been done as well as possible, but in the
implementation there are deviations that are not carried out as planned. The management of Nuri
Sewing LKP needs to be further improved especially in its implementation and evaluation.
