Rancang Bangun Inverter 3-Fasa Untuk Pengujian Motor Induksi 3-Fasa Rotor Sangkar Putaran Tinggi
ABSTRACT
Three-phase induction motor is the most widely used type of motor in industry compared to other types of motors. This is because the three-phase induction motor has many advantages. But there is also a weakness of a three-phase induction motor, namely the difficulty in adjusting the speed. Because three-phase induction motor speed regulation can basically be done by changing the number of motor poles or changing the motor supply frequency. Adjusting the speed by changing the number of poles is very difficult because it is done by changing the physical construction of the motor, so the adjustment will be very limited, while controlling the speed of a three-phase induction motor by changing the supply frequency of the motor will be much easier and unlimited without having to change the physical construction of the motor. This inverter uses six MOSFETs which are triggered by the IR2111 IC and are controlled by the Arduino uno microcontroller. The speed of the motor will be displayed by the tachometer which is controlled by Arduino uno. Finally, the module in this final project can be used to control the speed of a three-phase induction motor with Delta-connected squirrel rotor from around 1500 rpm at a frequency of 50 Hz to around 3000 rpm at a frequency of 100 Hz. The switching technique used for switching on the MOSFET on the inverter is the 6 Step Cycle Technique
