Analisa Dan Penentuan Besaran Parameter Proteksi Relai Diferensial Pada Generator Dan Transformator (Studi Kasus Pltu Tenayan Raya)
ABSTRACT
The protection system is a system that functions to protect equipment such as generators and transformers from damage in the event of a disturbance and minimizes the disturbance so that it does not spread. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the correct differential relay setting values for generators and transformers at PLTU Tenayan. This research method uses secondary data obtained from PLTU Tenayan which is then carried out mathematical calculations to determine the parameters of the differential relay under normal conditions, as well as to calculate the parameters of the differential relay during short circuit fault conditions. The results of the setting values obtained have been tested against 3-phase, 2-phase and 1-phase to ground short circuit using the ETAP 16.0.0 application and the setting values are obtained which are in accordance with the standard differential relay capacity used in PLTU Tenayan. So that the setting value can already be applied.
