Pengaruh Perceived Quality Dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dan Kepuasan Konsumen Cairan Antiseptik Pembersih Tangan Merek Antis Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to see and analyze the effect of Perceived Quality and Brand Trust on Purchase Decision and Consumer Satisfaction. The research was conducted on consumers of Antis products in Pekanbaru City. The data in this study were obtained from research questionnaires, the method used in this study was path analysis. The sampling technique in this study used the Lemeshow formula, the total sample was 100 people. The results of the study are that the variables Perceived Quality and Brand Trust have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Purchasing Decision Variable has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Perceived Quality and Brand Trust variables have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions.
