Pengembangan Learning Management System Berbasis Website Menggunakan Metode Pengembangan V-Model ( Studi Kasus : Prodi Ti Unri )

ABSTRACT
In supporting learning activities in the IT study program, several different learning methods are needed compared to the teaching and learning process carried out in the classroom. One of them is by utilizing the Learning Management System (LMS) which can be accessed by students anytime and anywhere. The use of LMS can increase student learning potential better, because it can support effective and efficient learning. In software development, it is carried out using the V-Model development method, one of the improvement models from the waterfall method because the flow is similar but each v-model phase has software testing. The V-Model allows minimal bugs/errors, because each phase is tested and documented from the start. With that, finding errors will be easier to find.The Website Learning Management System is built using the PHP programming language. Based on the results of the testing unit, the software used whitebox, and all units could run 100% well. Meanwhile, integration testing and testing systems using black boxes were 100% running well. Acceptance testing using ISO 25010 consisted of eight characteristics: functionality, efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, maintainability, security, and portability. These aspects could run well.
