Rancang Bangun Sistem Pengontrolan Dan Pemantauan Mesin Penetas Telur Menggunakan Smartphone Android Berbasis Blynk
ABSTRACT
Technological developments at this time are very beneficial to human life, one of which is in the field of animal husbandry to help hatch eggs. However, the tools used are still conventional and there are several weaknesses, including still using the manual concept in monitoring the machine and the temperature in the egg hatching machine room is less stable. Based on this problem, the researcher proposes a means of controlling and monitoring egg incubators that can be monitored from an Android Smartphone based on the Blynk application. The proposed tool is composed of a DHT22 temperature and humidity sensor, a KY-037 sound sensor, an RTC and a servo motor. The results of sensor readings on the Android Smartphone are obtained from the processed Arduino Uno R3 data and the sensor data is sent by ESP01 to the Blynk application. Tool testing in this study was carried out on 20 chicken eggs in 21 days of hatching. Egg monitoring was carried out at 07.00, 08.00, 09.00, 14.00, 15.00, 16.00, 19.00, 20.00, 21.00 WIB. Based on the reading results obtained from the display and notifications on the Blynk application, it was found that of the 20 eggs hatched there were 18 eggs that hatched successfully and 2 eggs that did not hatch as well as temperature and humidity stability in the egg incubator room. This shows that the proposed tool effectively operates properly and succeeds in increasing internal efficiency.
