Rancang Bangun Alat Ukur Kecepatan (Speedometer) Berbasis Sensor Proximity Induktif Untuk Aplikasi Pada Kendaraan Listrik
ABSTRACT
Along with the rapid development of the times, science and technology today provide more and more convenience in everyday life. Where everything that is widely applied science and technology with machines or electronics, so that human work can be done easily without having to waste energy and can shorten time. The development of science and technology (IPTEK) in meeting human needs, especially in the field of environmentally friendly transportation. Electric vehicles are becoming a popular alternative due to the dwindling availability of fossil fuels. In addition, the number of motor vehicles tends to increase every year, while according to the Chief Executive Officer of British Petroleum, Tony Hayward, oil reserves in the earth will only last for another 42 years. With the increasing number of vehicles that still use fuel oil, the availability of fuel oil (BBM) will continue to decrease. To measure the speed of electric vehicles, the authors designed a speed measuring instrument (speedometer) based on Proximity Sensors. The final project aims to study the manufacture of such devices and apply them to electric vehicles. To carry out the function of a speed measuring instrument (speedometer) will be used Arduino Uno as a programming brain.
