Konflik Tokoh Dalam Novel Sumbang Karya Musa Ismail (Sebuah Kajian Psikologi Sastra)

This study aims to describe the author's psychological aspects contained in social conflict events in the novel Sumbang by Musa Ismail. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The instruments used in this study to support research activities are interview question sheets, recording tools and data validity sheets to check the validity of research data. The data collection techniques used are documentation, record keeping and interview techniques. The source of data in this study is the novel Sumbang by Musa Ismail and the subject of informant in this case is Mr. Musa Ismail as the author of the novel Sumbang. The data used in this study are texts in the form of dialogues and narratives that contain elements of social conflicts of characters along with the results of interviews with the author. The results showed that the social conflict events that occurred in the Sumbang novel were related to the psychological aspects of the author so that it became a whole story. The author's psychological aspects in the event of social conflict between individuals and individuals consist of aspects of psychological memory, psychic typology, psychoculture and the author's mental state. Meanwhile, the author's psychological aspects contained in social conflict events between individuals and communities or groups consist of aspects of psychological memory, psychic typology, psychoculture and the author's personality. The author's psychological aspects in the event of social conflict between individuals and individuals consist of aspects of psychological a) memory, b) psychic typology, c) psychoculture, and d) the author's mental state. Meanwhile, the author's psychological aspects contained in social conflict events between individuals and communities or groups consist of aspects of psychological a) memory, b) psychic typology, c) psychoculture, and d) the author's personality.
