ABSTRACT
The village office is the smallest government agency of the government, but it plays an important role because the village is directly related to the community. The Empang Pandan Village Office is one of the agencies that handle government affairs, namely mandatory affairs in the field of social identity. Each Empang Pandan village community is required to have an ID card and KK to be reported to the Empang Pandan village office. In making it easier to make correspondence, a website and Android based system was built. System development using PHP and HTML programming languages and using the codeigniter web framework. Android application development using Android Studio and Java Development. The research resulted in an integrated village service system based on web and android in Empang Pandan Village which makes it easier to make community letters. Usability Testing of this system uses the USE Questionnaire and Likert scale.
