Pengaruh Dosis Suplemen Viterna Plus Berbeda Pada Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus Gouramy)

Abstract
This research was carried out from August to September 2021 at the Aquaculture Technology Laboratory, Department of Aquaculture, Faculty of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs, University of Riau, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of different doses of Viterna Plus supplements on feed for the growth and survival of gouramy. The study used a one-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of five treatment levels with three replications. The treatments applied were P0: Without the addition of viterna, P1: Viterna 14 mL/kg feed, P2: Viterna 17 mL/kg feed, P3: Viterna 20 mL/kg feed, P4: Viterna 23 mL/kg feed. The results showed that P2 gave the best results, namely feed digestibility rate of 69.1%, protein digestibility of 88.13%, absolute body weight gain of 9.52 ± 0.81 g, absolute length gain of 4.68 ± 0.69 cm, growth rate of specific growth 3.17 ± 1.21%, feed conversion ratio 1.43 ± 0.09%, and survival 85.00 ± 5.00%.
